Additionally Naomi has cultivated a deep relationship to Intercultural and Folk Medicines for Women's health from Indigenous Australian, South America, Europe, Middle East, Ireland and Russia including studying with teachers, shamans and midwives in Pelvic Steaming, Closing The Bones Ritual, Rebozo/Faja/abdominal and pelvic Binding, Traditional Techniques for Womb and Breast Care, Movement for Birth, Folk Herbalism, Teas and Foods for Recovery and more.
Naomi seamlessly integrates her skills to offer comprehensive services and packages of care tailored to the Women she is in service to, considering each unique journey, circumstances and health.

Naomi offers direct care and services from South Brisbane to Byron Bay including operating from clinics in Miami Gold Coast, Murwillumbah, and Byron Bay in New South Wales, as well as through online consultations and home visits.

Naomi works as a postgraduate Teacher and Mentor to authentically pass on these teachings to ALL with an interest in cultivating their knowledge of Traditional Medicine. A dedicated Advocate for Traditional Medicine especially in Women's Health and Birth/Reproductive Health services; with the vision of Culturally oriented and Mother centred experiences for Women during childbearing and rites of passage. Naomi often speaks at conferences and for podcasts to inform on the importance of Cultural Practices and Medicines in Women's Health.
As a response to the current standard of care Naomi formed The Well Supported Mother Collective in 2022;. An Interdisciplinary and Mother centred collective of practitioners and educators dedicated to incredible outcomes for Women during childbearing that honours Women at the centre, human rights and biology, spiritual and cultural aspects of the childbearing journey whilst optimising health outcomes for Mothers, Babies and Families. She works to integrate her programs with other health care specialists and providers to ensure these foundations of wellness for women despite circumstances including complex medical conditions, traumatic birth or tragic loss in birth or pregnancy loss.
Introducing Naomi
With over 20 years of experience as a health professional, Naomi weaves a wealth of expertise from diverse healthcare settings to provide clinical care and education. Naomi inherited a strong relationship with Traditional Medicine from birth, growing up within a Traditional Medicine household and now practising as a second generation Chinese Medicine Doctor. She obtained her degree as a Registered Nurse and practised in Australia and the UK in Emergency Medicine, further completing her Masters in Chinese Medicine and attended extensive postgraduate training in Australia, Japan, China, the UK, Europe, and the USA.
With a deep respect for the Ancestors, History and Cultures of Traditional Medicines she practises her craft and maintains long term apprenticeship with Master practitioners in Australia, Japan and USA whilst studying the traditional manuscripts and learning opportunities with lineage teachers. Traditional Medicine is Naomi’s life calling and she has truly dedicated herself to the Medicine and those who seek to receive or learn from her.
